The purpose of the role is to provide an effective and efficient administrative service and reception support to the business. The successful candidate will be expected to provide the highest level of customer services and business support to our clients both on the telephone and face-to-face as well as providing a support role to the office/engineering team.

Main duties include:

TRAINING GIVEN & QUALIFICATIONS TO BE GAINED (In-house):

Payroll (to cover holidays/sickness)
Sales Ledger
Purchase Ledger
HR administration duties

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: Maths and English at GCSE grades A-C or 9-5 preferred although a positive attitude and a willingness to work towards equivalent qualifications is equally as important.

Ability to produce work quickly and accurately to a high standard of presentation

Ability to manage appointments and diary bookings

TOTAL HOURS PER WEEK: 37.5
DAYS PER WEEK: Monday – Friday
WORKING TIMES: 9am to 5pm ( half an hour per day unpaid lunch)
Consideration given for part time hours on a pro rata basis
