WELCOME TO PRUCE NEWMAN
Since our beginnings in Essex over 50 years ago, Pruce Newman has grown from the small firm established by John Pruce and Brian Newman to become one of the premier fabrication companies in the South and East of England. Still a family business, and staying true to our core values of Quality, Safety and Trust, we’ve shown consistent growth over the last 50 years and now employ approximately 120 people from our bases in Norfolk and Essex.
With a strong trading history, and a stable financial base, we’re well placed to deliver high value contracts across the region. We supply, install and maintain pipework, steelwork and items of plant, offering a whole life solution to our customers.
As well as our exceptional craftsmanship, we bring a proactive approach to identifying project and process improvements. If you’re looking for a long-term partner who will add value to your business, we should be talking.
OUR MISSION
We fabricate, install and maintain pipework and steelwork for clients across the South and East of England, and we do it well. We’ve worked with some of our clients for over 50 years, by becoming experts in their business and delivering solutions in partnership.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
The core values of Quality, Safety and Trust are at the heart of everything we do. We’re open in our communication, uncompromising in our standards, and dedicated in our pursuit of excellence. We work with you to get it right first time, on time, every time.
OUR PEOPLE
We have a dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced team, and our commitment to skills and training means that we have an enviable reputation for staff development and retention – ensuring a stable, directly employed workforce, and consistency in our work.
OUR CAPABILITY
Our fabrication facility is fully equipped with handling and preparation equipment for a variety of materials, and we continually improve our resources to meet the evolving needs of our customers. With full segregation and traceability, we can assure quality at all stages of the process, whether we’re working on innovative prototypes or fabricating large batches of pipe spool.
SAFETY | QUALITY | TRUST
These three values are embedded deep within our culture, and are part of the family business ethos that we have built over the last 50 years. We treat our staff, clients and suppliers as we would like to be treated ourselves, and are proud of the strong relationships that we have built as a result.
Our close relationships allow us to become an integral part of our clients’ businesses, finding ways of working in partnership that deliver measurable value through improvements to process, project and performance.
Our down-to-earth approach means that our clients are happy to use us again and again, and will recommend us to others without hesitation. We’re committed to being the best in the business, and to demonstrating our core values in everything that we do.
