FABRICATION FACILITY (AYTON FABRICATIONS)
Pruce Newman has a fabrication workshop adjacent to Head Office. The workshop comprises of three independent bays which are segregated to manufacture different metals. The size of the main workshop is 8,000 square feet with additional workshops that can be used for further fabrication or storage of tube fittings & flanges plus large external lay down area.
The facility to shot blast and prime paint carbon steel pipework can be offered which reduces handling and supervision times. Our workshop is fully equipped with a 5 Ton overhead crane, cutting facilities up to 520mm diameter, forklift handling plus all necessary welding and fabrication equipment.
We manage a transport facility for long haul and local trips with a selection of vehicles suited for most of our requirements and is ideal for transport of prefabricated materials. Pruce Newman incorporate a division called Ayton Fabrications which offers structural steel fabrications, including a design.
